Pendidikan Multikultural di Era Digital: Tinjauan Sistematis terhadap Model-Model Pedagogis dan Dampak Terhadap Kohesi Sosial

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan globalisasi meningkatkan interaksi lintas budaya, namun juga memunculkan tantangan berupa fragmentasi sosial dan intoleransi dalam pendidikan. Meskipun pendidikan multikultural semakin berkembang, efektivitasnya dalam memperkuat kohesi sosial di era digital masih belum dipahami secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji model pedagogis pendidikan multikultural serta dampaknya terhadap kohesi sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA terhadap artikel ilmiah bereputasi periode 2015–2025. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tren penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan pergeseran menuju model pedagogis partisipatif, reflektif, dan berbasis digital, seperti collaborative learning dan critical pedagogy, yang efektif meningkatkan inklusivitas dan kompetensi interkultural. Namun, efektivitasnya dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan teknologi, kompetensi guru, serta integrasi nilai budaya lokal. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan kontekstual dan integratif guna mendukung pendidikan multikultural yang inklusif dan adaptif di era digital.
