PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS BUKTI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MAHASISWA PJKR DALAM MENYUSUN PROGRAM LATIHAN DAN EVALUASI GERAK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis bukti (evidence-based learning) terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi dalam menyusun program latihan, kemampuan evaluasi gerak, dan kepercayaan diri profesional sebagai calon guru pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design yang dilaksanakan selama 16 pertemuan pada mata kuliah Perencanaan Program Latihan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR semester lima angkatan 2022, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran berbasis bukti melalui siklus telaah literatur–aplikasi lapangan–refleksi kritis dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima perkuliahan konvensional berbasis ceramah dan demonstrasi. Kemampuan menyusun program latihan diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian desain program latihan yang terstandar, kemampuan evaluasi gerak diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian analisis gerak berbasis video, dan kepercayaan diri profesional diukur menggunakan Professional Confidence Scale yang mencakup dimensi kompetensi teknis, berbasis bukti, dan komunikasi profesional. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test, Independent Sample t-test, dan Multivariate Analysis of Variance pada taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis bukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan menyusun program latihan, kemampuan evaluasi gerak, dan kepercayaan diri profesional mahasiswa PJKR, dengan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga model pembelajaran berbasis bukti direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan pedagogis transformatif yang perlu diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam kurikulum PJKR guna melahirkan calon guru pendidikan jasmani yang tidak hanya terampil secara praktis, tetapi juga mampu melandasi setiap keputusan profesional mereka pada bukti ilmiah yang sahih, terkini, dan relevan.
