IMPLEMENTASI DIGITAL COACHING PADA PERKULIAHAN PRAKTIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN, PARTISIPASI, DAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PJKR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi model digital coaching pada perkuliahan praktik terhadap disiplin belajar, partisipasi aktif, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design yang dilaksanakan selama enam belas pertemuan pada mata kuliah Atletik. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR angkatan dua ribu dua puluh tiga, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima perkuliahan praktik terintegrasi dengan ekosistem digital coaching mencakup wearable fitness tracker, aplikasi pemantauan latihan, video-based feedback, dan platform LMS terintegrasi serta kelompok kontrol yang menerima perkuliahan praktik konvensional tanpa dukungan digital. Disiplin belajar diukur menggunakan Student Discipline Observation Scale yang mencakup dimensi kehadiran, ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan prosedur keselamatan, dan penyelesaian tugas, partisipasi aktif diukur menggunakan Physical Education Engagement Scale yang mencakup dimensi partisipasi motorik, kognitif, dan afektif, serta hasil belajar diukur menggunakan baterai tes keterampilan atletik terstandar dan nilai ujian teori terapan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test, Independent Sample t-test, dan Multivariate Analysis of Variance pada taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital coaching memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar, partisipasi aktif, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa PJKR, dengan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dan keterlibatan mahasiswa terbukti sebagai mediator parsial yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara digital coaching dan hasil belajar, sehingga model digital coaching direkomendasikan sebagai ekosistem pembelajaran inovatif yang perlu diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam infrastruktur perkuliahan praktik olahraga program studi PJKR guna membentuk mahasiswa yang tidak hanya kompeten secara teknis, tetapi juga disiplin, aktif berpartisipasi, dan melek teknologi sebagai calon guru pendidikan jasmani yang adaptif dan relevan di era transformasi digital.
