Pengaruh Penggunaan Wearable Technology dan Real-Time Biofeedback terhadap Akurasi Gerak, Beban Latihan, dan Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa PJKR dalam Perkuliahan Atletik

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi wearable dan sistem biofeedback real-time membuka peluang baru dalam transformasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya pada perkuliahan atletik yang menuntut presisi gerak tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan wearable technology dan real-time biofeedback terhadap akurasi gerak, beban latihan, dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (PJKR) dalam perkuliahan atletik. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi-experimental dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design selama 10 minggu. Sebanyak 52 mahasiswa dipilih melalui purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n=26) yang menggunakan wearable technology dan real-time biofeedback dalam proses perkuliahan atletik, serta kelompok kontrol (n=26) yang menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Akurasi gerak diukur melalui analisis biomekanika berbasis video, beban latihan menggunakan Training Load Index, dan motivasi belajar menggunakan skala Sport Motivation Scale II yang telah diadaptasi. Hasil analisis mixed ANOVA menunjukkan interaksi signifikan antara kelompok dan waktu pada semua variabel (p<0,05). Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi gerak sebesar 24,6%, penurunan beban latihan subjektif yang tidak produktif sebesar 18,3%, dan peningkatan motivasi belajar sebesar 21,7% dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi integrasi wearable technology dalam modernisasi pembelajaran atletik berbasis bukti.
